Travel Insurance is not mandatory, but strongly recommended for all K2 Adventure Travel trips.
We suggest Ripcord Rescue Travel Insurance. They provide insurance for evacuation, rescue and trip cancellation/interruption for most circumstances.
Travel Insurance can be purchased at any time prior to departure, however both trip cancellation coverage and evacuation insurance must be purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit if a traveler has a pre-existing condition that may affect travel.
Please note that K2 Adventure Travel will not be responsible for refunding the non-refundable trip deposit, or any trip costs paid due to a trip cancellation or interruption for circumstances beyond our control.
